General

  • IM8 Digital Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Digital Gift Cards expire five years from the date of purchase.
  • Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash (except as required by law).
  • Products purchased using a Digital Gift Card cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded, and the orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Each Digital Gift Card can only be used once. If the order total is less than the face value of the Digital Gift Card, the value of the Digital Gift Card in excess will not be refunded or retained. By clicking “Pay Now” you agree to forfeit any remaining value.
  • If your order total exceeds the face value of the Digital Gift Card, the remaining balance in excess of the the value of your Digital Gift Card must be paid during checkout.
  • Digital Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been accepted by IM8. The purchaser will receive an order confirmation e-mail which contains the Digital Gift Card unique code as well.
  • The Digital Gift Card e-mail will be sent to the recipient’s e-mail address shortly after the purchaser places the order. Scheduling of the e-mail to the recipient is not available.
  • The Digital Gift Card will be displayed to the recipient in the currency the purchaser used at check-out.
  • IM8 is not liable for delivery of a Digital Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent e-mail address. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • IM8 is not responsible if a Digital Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  • IM8 reserves the right to cancel a Digital Gift Card without the possibility of a refund if we deem that such action is necessary.
  • Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a Digital Gift Card unless specified otherwise.
  • Digital Gift Card cannot be used to redeem another Digital Gift Card.
  • Sales tax and shipping may be applicable on any products purchased with a Digital Gift Card.
  • Digital Gift Card can only be redeemed on IM8Health.com. It cannot be used for purchases made through resellers or distributors.
  • Digital Gift Card cannot be used on a discounted product or in conjunction with a discount code.
  • Multiple Digital Gift Cards cannot be used at the same time. Only one Digital Gift Card can be used for each transaction.
  • Digital Gift Cards are not for resale.

Changes to the Terms of Service

  • We may make changes to the TOS from time to time. 
  • You acknowledge and agree that if you use the Services after the date on which the TOS have changed, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated TOS.

Violation or Suspected Violation of Terms of Service

  • If you violate the terms of these TOS and/or We have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have violated the terms of these TOS, We have the right to refuse your eligibility for any and all current or future use of the Digital Gift Card.
