My training sessions are done in the early mornings, before work, and IM8 is the most important start to my day. I take it first thing in the morning, already before my workout meal, with the confidence that all my nutrients are taken care of before any physical activity.

During my strength sessions in the gym, I like to sip my IM8 throughout my workout, and it keeps me energised and hydrated throughout the session.

The scientific evidence behind IM8 is what convinced me to change from AG1, as well as all the additional nutrients. Added to that, the amazing taste and, yes, I’m a stickler for beautiful presentation as well. The gift box was simply in another league!
