IM8 Launch Welcome Giveaway Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

The IM8 Launch Welcome Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by IM8 LLC US. The Sponsor’s address is 11401 Granite St, Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 18, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 18, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received before or after this period will not be considered.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
a. Visit the official IM8 website at IM8health.com during the Giveaway Period.
b. Submit their email address and agree to the terms and conditions of the Giveaway.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. Automated or bulk entries will be void.

One (1) winner will receive a 1-year supply of IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials (valued at $1,188 USD). The prize consists of 12 months’ worth of IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials, delivered monthly. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or around December 20, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to provide a Social Security Number or other taxpayer identification information for tax reporting purposes.

By entering the Giveaway, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or the awarding, receipt, or misuse of any prize.

Any information collected from participants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at IM8health.com/privacy.

The Giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions or claims arising out of or related to the Giveaway must be brought in a court located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the Sponsor’s control. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
