IM8 x Inter Miami CF Strava Challenge Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this challenge is IM8 (“IM8” or the “Promoter”). The Strava platform is operated by Strava, Inc. and is not the promoter of this competition. Strava is not responsible for prize fulfilment or administration of this challenge.

2. Eligibility

The challenge is open to residents of the United States of America and the United Kingdom only, excluding employees and their immediate families of IM8 and their affiliated companies or agents (including Strava), or other persons professionally connected with this promotion.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Participants must hold a valid Strava account to join the challenge.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to join the challenge and receive the completion reward.

3. The Challenge

To celebrate IM8 becoming the Official Health Supplements Partner of Inter Miami CF, IM8 is running the IM8 x Inter Miami CF Strava Challenge. Participants must accumulate 120 cumulative minutes of qualifying moving time during the challenge period. All Strava-tracked activities count toward the challenge goal. Progress toward the 120-minute goal is measured using Strava's moving time, not elapsed time. Moving time excludes periods of inactivity during a recorded activity (such as rest stops or pauses). Participants should allow for this when planning their activities.

Challenge start: 1 June 2026 (00:00 EST)

Challenge end: 28 June 2026 (23:59 EST)

Prize redemption deadline: 31 August 2026 (23:59 EST)

IM8 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any activity submitted toward the challenge. Activities suspected of involving falsified GPS data, route manipulation, or any other form of cheating may be disqualified at IM8's sole discretion.

4. How to Enter

Find and join the ‘IM8 x Inter Miami CF Strava Challenge’ on Strava during the challenge period.

Log 120 cumulative minutes of eligible activity between 1 June 2026 and 28 June 2026.

Activities must be recorded via GPS-enabled device or app and synced to Strava. Manually entered activities will not count toward the challenge goal.

Upon completion, you will receive a notification via Strava directing you to www.im8health.com/page/strava to claim your reward. Redemption through any other page of the IM8 website does not qualify for this promotion.

To redeem your reward, provide your full name and email address on the IM8 redemption page.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Sharing of accounts for the purposes of this challenge is not permitted and may result in disqualification. No bulk, consumer group, or third-party entries will be accepted.

5. Rewards & Prizes

5.1 Completion Reward (All Challenge Completers)

Every eligible participant who completes the challenge will receive a unique discount code for:

$50 USD off their next IM8 purchase (US participants)

£50 GBP off their next IM8 purchase (UK participants)

The discount code will be delivered to the email address provided at redemption and expires at 23:59 EST on 31 August 2026.

The completion reward discount code is issued once per eligible participant, is single-use, and is valid for one transaction only. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. IM8 reserves the right to invalidate codes it reasonably suspects have been obtained fraudulently or shared beyond the intended recipient.

5.2 Prize Draw (Purchase Required)

Participants who complete the challenge and subsequently complete a purchase at IM8 will be entered into a prize draw to win one of the following:

2x Inter Miami CF Match Tickets

2x Official Inter Miami CF Team Jerseys

1x Signed David Beckham Red Card

1x Year’s supply of the Beckham Stack (approximate retail value: $2,496 USD)

To qualify for the prize draw, a purchase must be made at im8health.com using the completion reward discount code, between the challenge end date and 23:59 EST on 31 August 2026. There is no minimum purchase value. Purchases that are subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded in full before the prize draw date will be deemed ineligible. IM8 reserves the right to verify the validity of qualifying purchases prior to the draw.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Prize draw winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by the Promoter or its appointed agent after the prize redemption period closes on 31 August 2026.

The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.

By entering the prize draw, winner(s) agree to allow IM8 to use their name and general location (e.g. city/country) for promotional purposes in connection with this challenge, unless prohibited by applicable law. No additional compensation will be paid for such use.

Winner(s) will be notified via email within 5 business days of the prize draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, IM8 reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

IM8 is solely responsible for determining eligible prize draw entrants and for all prize fulfilment. Strava has no responsibility for prize administration or fulfilment, and any award-related enquiries should be directed to IM8.

7. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.

Prizes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

IM8 reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value, without prior notice, subject to availability.

Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective prize provider where applicable (e.g. match ticket terms of Inter Miami CF).

8. General Conditions

By entering this challenge, participants confirm their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

IM8 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions.

IM8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this challenge at any time where circumstances outside its reasonable control necessitate such action.

Entries disallowed due to technical issues on the Strava platform shall not be eligible for the prize draw.

9. Data Privacy

Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and fulfilment of prizes.

Personal data may be shared with third-party service providers engaged to assist with prize fulfilment but will not be disclosed to any other third party without prior consent.

10. Liability

IM8 is not liable for any accident, illness, loss, damage, or other force majeure incidents arising from participation in this promotion or in connection with any prize.

IM8 is not responsible for any technical failures or issues experienced via the Strava platform.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude IM8’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes applicable to any prize received. IM8 may be required to report prize values to relevant tax authorities where required by law, and winners may be asked to provide valid identification or tax information prior to prize fulfilment.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the participant’s country of residence (United States or United Kingdom). Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory. For participants based in the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to this promotion that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS Inc. under its applicable rules. Participants waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration clause does not apply to participants based in the United Kingdom, where disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
